Qeema Paratha recipe in Urdu
Ajzah
– Chicken qeema 250 gram
– Pyaz bareek kati hui 1
– Adrak paste 1 khanay ka chamach
– Lehsan 1 Khanay ka chamach
– Hari mirch pisi hui 1 khanay ka chammach
– Namak Hasbe zaika
– Lal mirch 1 chai ka chamach
– dhaniya podina kata hua
– frozen parathay 2-4
– Mozzarella Cheese

Pakanay ka Tareeka

Qeema
– Oil garam Karen aur pyaz shamil karke brown karlen. Adrak lehsan paste, pisi huee hari mirch aur qeema shamil karke bhoon len.
– Phir lal mirch shamil karen aur achi tarha se bhoon lain.
– Akhir main dhaniya aur podina shamil karain.
– 2-3 min tak bhoon lain aur qeema tayar

Paratha
– Ek frozen paratha len aur beech main qeema aur mozzarella cheese shamil karen.
– Us ke upper ek aur frozen paratha rakh kar kantay ki madad se seal kar den.
– Phir parathay ko taway per dono taraf se darmiyani aanch par pakayen.
– Apni pasand kay raitay, chatni ya ketchup ke sath serve karen.
Tip: Frozen Paratha ki jaga ghar ka bana hua paratha bhi istimal kia ja sakta hai.

Qeema Paratha recipe in English
Ajzah
– Mince Chicken 250 gram
– Onion (cut in thin slices) 1
– Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
– Garlic 1 Tablespoon
– Green Chili 1 Tablespoon
– Salt To taste
– Red Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
– Coriander & mint leaves a handful
– frozen parathay 4
– Mozzarella Cheese To taste

Directions:
Qeema
– Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Fry onion until brown, add mince chicken, ginger garlic paste and green chili paste. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
– Add red chili powder and let it cook until chicken is cooked well.
– Add chopped coriander and mint leaves.
– Fry for 2-3 minutes. Your Paratha filling is ready. Set aside to cool.

Paratha
– Take a frozen paratha add mince filling and add cheese as much required. Place another paratha over filling and seal both paratha with a fork.
– Cook paratha from both sides on a tawa on medium flame.
– Serve Qeema Paratha with raita, ketchup or any chutney of your choice.
