You are an amazing artist!!
This channel is amazing! What a friendly guide and full of tips and food that I'd otherwise have never tried in my lifetime. Thank you Steve :)
I like the way you explain it, its very clear and the e chicken chasseur is fantastic. thank you.
This was the first of many of Steve's dishes that I have now cooked. All of them have been fantastic and to date I have never had a disaster! This, coming from an old 65 year old who has just started sharing the cooking at home, is saying something.
I always thought chasseur had tarragon in it. Looks good though.
Your tutorials are so clear and concise, exactly what someone should be looking for while attending..
I know this is one of your older videos, but I think you should do a sauce espagnole tutorial as a follow-up video to this.
Hi steve excellent recipe, had it a few times now, great classic dish would really like to see you cook a classic liver onions and bacon being from yorkshire myself also to the other posts you can buy demi glace from amazon costs about £15.00 but makes 16 litres and it really is a great alternative to home made, once again thanks steve.

Hi, Steve. If I cannot find demi glace, what can I use instead?
The picture looks like a frog. SEE IT?
Just leave it out 🙂
