  • Congratulations to Trey on placing 1st place!!! Congrats to you and Eddie on your accomplishment of weight lose. Thats awesome, and honestly the recipes and food in your pictures looks so delicious, my mouth waters just watching. May I ask 2 things, #1 what is the mct oil? Is it coconut oil? #2 what kind of peanut butter do you use, is it sugar free or all natural ?? I lied I have another question, can someone on keto drink cows milk or do you only drink unsweetened almond drink?

  • When I have to be out and about, I have found that having some almonds or macadamia nuts on hand (19 to be exact ) or the mini Jacks Links beef jerky packs are essential because they require no refrigeration..

    I think I know why your chicken Alfredo dish turned into a soup. After looking at the recipe you posted, I noticed it called for 2 cups of chicken broth. I’ve never heard of adding chicken broth to an Alfredo sauce. Alfredo sauce is butter, heavy whipping cream,garlic,,grated fresh parm, a little salt, freshly cracked pepper. The chicken broth is watering it down. Just thought that you may want to consider next time you make the recipe, and want your sauce thick.

  • Another good week – thanks for sharing! We lose a lot of water weight on keto the first couple of weeks so it isn't unusual to lose 1-2 pounds a week after that. It's still progress!
    It's definitely important to have snacks ready to go when you're out or traveling. I've been doing a bit of traveling for work, and I always carry portioned out Macadamia nuts (I like the ones from Trader Joe's) and I buy Pederson Farms individually wrapped pre-cooked bacon from Amazon. It's like bacon jerky and is perfect "purse bacon" to keep in your bag.

  • Hello Erica, you are looking so beautiful, just wanted to give you a very short ice cream recipe keto friendly. I make it all the time I use the 5 to 6 frozen whole strawberries 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and what ever keto sweetener that you use.put it in the blender are use my ninja and blend it until it's the consistency of ice cream.I hope you try this cause it's really good.I love your channel ,keep up the good work.

  • Congratulations on your pounds lost! Do you find Keto to be harder for you in your meal plan? I know you work outside the home and sometimes if your like me I just don’t feel like cooking after a long day. What do you do in that situation?

  • Great week of meals! I have been on Keto for several weeks and yesterday we went and road the MS coast and had lunch out and I had blackened shrimp and broiled scallops with a salad.(I ate one onion ring and realized I didn’t even want it)

I have four school age kids so I can't totally change everyone over…. too expensive! We normally eat meat and vegetables, but I'm cutting out the sugary sauces and making bread/rice/pasta for kids only! 😉 My meals overall are on track, but I always mess up on snacks….   • I love how you and Eddie are so committed to a healthy life style. I asked three of my doctors about the keto plan and all three told me that I was NOT to do it with my health issues. I did, however, cut back on my carbs and sugar and have lost 5 lbs. in two weeks. You are an inspiration for sure.
