The Ultimate Keto Wrap – Less than 4.4g Net Carbs



This is the best Keto tortilla I had! I was motivated to make this recipe as I tried numerous recipes and even store bought tortillas that tasted like cardboard, but I absolutely love this recipe. You will be surprised that there are NO eggs in this recipe so it will by no means taste ‘eggy’ like most known Keto breads.
With only 4.4g net carbs it provides a perfect solution for the so wanted sandwiches and wraps you can enjoy while on a ketogenic diet 🙂

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 coconut flour
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1 1/2 boiling water
4 tbsp psyllium husk
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

– Mix all ingredients
– Divide dough into 5 balls
– Roll each ball between 2 pieces of parchment paper until very thin
– Cut into a round shape using pan lid or round plate
– Place tortilla onto pan over medium low heat for 2-3 minutes then flip and let cook for 1 minute

Wrap filling: iceberg lettuce, coleslow mix, roast beef, cheese, avocado oil mayo

Suggested quantities make about 5 8” tortillas.
