Stuffed chicken cutlet recipe | Stuffed chicken kebab recipe | keto friendly & low carb snack

Ingredients

700 g Chicken boneless
2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 Green Chili, chopped
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/3 tsp Turmeric
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Cilantro Powder
1/2 Kashmiri Red Chili or Paprika Powder

2 eggs
1 cup Ground Almonds or Almond Flour
9-10 tsp Mayonnaise

5-6 tbsp Olive oil
Oil for greasing hands

Method

1. Grind 700 g boneless chicken in a food processor.
2. Add 2 tbsp chopped cilantro, 1 chopped green chili and 1/2 tsp red chili powder .
3. Also add 1/3 tsp turmeric, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp cilantro powder and 1/2 Kashmiri red chili or paprika powder and mix well.
4. Add 1 beaten egg and process again.
5. Finally add 2 tbsp ground almonds and mix well.
6. Grease hands with oil and form disc shaped kebabs.
7. Place a tsp mayonnaise in the middle of the kebab.
8. Form another kebab and cover the mayonnaise topped kebab.
9. Seal edges and flatten into round shape .
10. Dip cutlets into a beaten egg, coat with ground almonds.
11. Heat up 5-6 tbsp olive oil to medium flame and place cutlets into the pan.
12. Fry from each side for about 6-7 minutes.
