Paneer Capsicum fry:

Everyone likes to cook some easy but tasty food. Especially the one who are new to kitchen, bachelors. Definitely this paneer capsicum fry recipe helps them…

Ingredients:

100g paneer
1 Tbsp coconut oil / ghee
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
1/2 capsicum cubed
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala / cumin powder
Coriander leaves
Salt

Direction:

Heat oil in a pan sauté onion for 2 mins , then add tomato and capsicum, saute for a min

Add the masala powders and stir, cover the pan for 1 min, don’t cook the capsicum much and it should be slightly crunchy.

Add paneer and stir for 30 sec.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

A simple recipe in 5 mins.!!!
