Yes, it is finally here! After trying so many darn cauliflower low carb pizza bases which just NEVER came out well, not to mention how damn long a cauliflower pizza base takes to make – I decided enough was enough. The keto community needed a deep dish pizza recipe which has the Keto King stamp of approval on. One that can be made with relative ease (well, easier than any cauliflower pizza I have ever tried) and one that actually makes you feel like you are tucking into a delicious low carb pizza! And here it is – a Deep Dish Low Carb Pizza which you guys are going to love. And as you can gather, it is cauliflower free!
Here are the highlights of this keto deep dish pizza: It is easy to make. It does take some time, but no where near as along as cauliflower pizza bases take. As the name suggests, it has a wonderful deep dish crust. And this is true deep dish pizza, it is a good half inch think! This low carb deep dish pizza also tastes fantastic and you can customize the low carb pizza with any toppings you like. Additionally, this keto pizza can be frozen and then used as a quick heat up and eat meal. Not much better than that!
This deep dish low carb pizza is also banting and lchf friendly. So you can happily eat this banting pizza or lchf pizza within you lifestyle with a smile on your face.
I am not ashamed to admit it, but I have tried so many low carb pizzas or keto pizzas and have ended up frustrated after every single one. This is why it has taken me so long to have a low carb pizza on my channel because I only upload recipes that actually work! That was the point of my channel: to weed out those blatantly false low carb recipes or keto recipes which claim to make these amazing low carb meals or keto meals and they end up nothing like shown. You won’t find a low carb, keto, lchf recipe or banting recipe on my channel that doesn’t work. And if it doesn’t, I am always here to help you figure out where you went wrong!
This ketogenic pizza is also grain free and gluten free which makes it open to those trying to avoid gluten and grains in their diet. So it can also be called a gluten free pizza or a grain free pizza. Look, whatever you want to call this low carb deep dish pizza, I call it delicious!

3 Tablespoons Unflavoured Whey Protein Powder (18g / 0.63oz) [can also sub with more Almond flour /meal]
2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour (15g / 0.53oz)
2 teaspoons Baking Powder (10g / 0.35oz)

Salt to taste (approx ½ teaspoon)
150g Mozzarella Cheese (5.2oz)
57g Unsalted Butter (2oz)

Net Carbs: 15g (35g carbs – 20g fiber)
Macros per pizza slice (crust only assuming 8 big slices)
Net Carbs: 1.8g (4.3g carbs – 2.5g fiber)
Macros per pizza slice (crust only assuming 16 small slices)
Net Carbs: 0.9g (2.15g carbs – 1.25g fiber)
