Keto Meal || Tuscan Smothered Pork Chops || 30 Minute meals|| Easy Dinner



Hey, Y’all!! Today I’m bringing you an original recipe I created to eat to follow my keto diet.

**Tuscan Smothered Pork Chops**

**Ingredients:**

-pork chops
-seasoning
-heavy cream
-parm cheese
-sundried tomato
-spinach
-butter
-cauliflower

**Steps:**

1) sear pork chops in butter over med-high heat
2) lower heat to low, add heavy cream to the pan slowly
3) add parm cheese to desired consistency
4) add seasonings
5) add sundried tomato
6) add chopped spinach
7) put pork chops back in the sauce, allow to cook a few minutes
