KETO for SUPERBOWL | Creamy Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms from FIRST magazine #5ingredientketo

Welcome to our new series, 5 Ingredient Keto Recipes! This is the second recipe we are trying from the First for Women Article in the Jan 7th Issue that Tammi was featured in. This recipe makes a great keto Superbowl appetizer. The recipe is creamy sausage stuffed mushrooms. Watch this video to see how easy it was to make, how we tracked it in cronometer and if it fit into our macros on our keto diet.

First For Women Original Recipe Jan 7th, 2019 issue pg 52

.5 lb pork sausage no casing
1/3c cream cheese
1 tsp dried oregano
18 cremini mushrooms
1 T. Olive Oil

Heat oven to 400° F. Over medium high heat cok sausage, breaking into crumbles and stirring often. Transfer sausage crumbles to bowl; add cream cheese and oregano. Season to taste.

Scoop stems out of mushrooms. Arrange mushroom caps on baking sheet. Divide filling among mushrooms. Drizzle with oil. Bake 10 min.
