– 150g prawns
– 150g bean sprouts
– 1 luffa
– 100g beef fillet
– 1/2 carrot
– 1/4 cauliflower
– 1/4 broccoli
– 80g mushrooms
– 120g chicken breast
– 100g tofu
– Cashew nuts

Seasoning: Salt, pepper, garlic, green onions, butter
