Indian White Mutton Soup | Mutton Pandhra rassa | Keto Recipes | Low Carb

Kolhapuri pandhra rassa is a mutton soup from a recgion in Maharashtra, India. Kolhapuri people are know to eat very spicy food. This non-spicy recipe is made to balance out the spicy preparations served in the meal. It is also a perfect curry for kids or those who don’t eat that spicy. I love this flavorful preparation as it has all the flavors of the meat and the creaminess from the cashews and coconut, a marriage made in heaven. Try it out and I guarantee that this one will be on your list of favorites.

Also try the dry roast mutton recipe which goes well with this one: https://youtu.be/X_oKnb2cLPE

3/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Rock Salt
