  • TBH, I don't worry about anything I eat. I eat when I'm hungry and don't really think about it. However, I truly enjoy watching your videos. Your approach to healthy eating is refreshing because you're not obsessed with weight loss. Girl, you just keep on keeping on!

  • Pythia is awesome and amazing you got out of your slump. 5.9 lbs in a week is a lot! Your body definitely needed a change it was adapted to how you were eating before. Sometimes our bodies get complacent in the same old and it needs to be shocked with a change. I think I’m going to start tracking the vitamins and making those shakes, it may not taste good but it’s definitely good for you. It looks good.

  • Right on, nutrients are where it's at. Whenever I fall off the wagon it's usually because I've forgotten about them and prioritized the things you mention: eating for entertainment, emotional boost, etc. I bought some of that canned chicken breast and thought it might be gross, but it's actually perfect for chicken salad!

    Did that woman never watch a video of yours before that one? She seems ignorant. You have said in multiple videos that the weight loss is a nice byproduct, but you're doing it to feel better. When you're not on keto, your tummy is sad. And eating when your hungry is healthier. But you've also always said this is YOUR journey, and you don't advocate keto for everyone. Cause it might not be good for everyone. And you ask about our journeys, whether we're on keto or not. Which I love. And reminding us to grant ourselves grace.

  • yeah food is fuel, but it should still taste good. if it doesn't taste good, it won't be sustainable. Glad you are getting more fiber (especially through vegetables and fruit). Question, shouldn't a keto diet be at least 70% fat? You showed that a couple of your days were around 50% fat.

  • Cronometer is a better app for tracking nutrients.

  • If she knows anything about keto she should know that many you tube personalities and doctors suggest to do it together with intermittent fasting for maximum effect and that means cutting the frequency of meals. Having said that we are all here for each other encouraging, supporting and bolstering when we falter. You have provided a much needed platform for us who struggle with weight loss and getting and staying healthy, and you do it with such positivity and love and I am forever grateful for your honesty even when things don't always go the way you planned. Even if I have to eat heart healthy due to conditions. I just celebrated my mom 70th b day we had a lil party my dad pass and we promise a party. tell me why my family said I look so healthy and slimming and beautiful as to one point I was on my death bed at 35 year and wont see the next day.
