  • Do you have pictures of your scars?

  • Mayra 💓Serrapatase works well for many people's scars, including keloid scarring. It's worth trying. I started a lower dosage but it didn't help. Increased to 250,00 IU high strength daily (Lindens brand from the UK, on Amazon). Excellent product. Must take on an empty stomach or it won't work; 1 hr before food or 2-3 hrs after. It devours proteins in the scar tissue. But if you eat it goes after the food (even cream etc) instead. Love your vids!💓

  • Hi – This is my first time seeing you, and I'm confused by your before and after pics. You said you started out at 315 lbs, then your title of this video is "How I lost 135 lbs", then in your after pic you're teeny. But if you only lost 135 lbs that means you'd still be 180 lbs!!! But in your after pic there's no way in the world you're 180 in that pic!!! You never said what your weight in that pic was!! I know you said you lost 100 lbs twice, but you left out some steps and some figures. If you lost ANOTHER 100 you'd only be 80 lbs total now, which also can't be right!!! So did you lose another 60 lbs net (after gaining and losing)? What weight were you in that after pic, and what weight are you now?

  • can you comment on hunger when doing high fat keto and high protein keto? doesn't high protein spike insulin as well? didn't that resulted in a more intense hunger feeling? and if you first were low carb and had success, why didn't you do low carb again instead of keto?
