We love Chicken Satay Sticks, I’ve shown you Satay Prawn Skewered on Sugar Cane and now its the chickens turn to shine. This lovely Satay sauce was supplied to us by David and Alex and its Gluten Free by substituting the Soy Sauce for Tamari.

INGREDIENTS:
125g Mango Puree
125g coconut cream
125g Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 T sweet Chilli sauce or Hot Chilli sauce
1/4t Clives Curry Powder
3 chicken thighs
40g oil
2 t garlic
40g soy sauce, Tamari for Gluten free
