Hello mga ka kusina.
Siguradong magugustuhan ninyo ang recipe na inihanda ko para sa inyo. Bukod sa mura, masarap, sobrang masustansya pa sapagkat less cholesterol, less fat dahil all vegetables lang ang mga sangkap, at maliban pa dyan, no chicken at no pork meat ito, sapagkat tuna ang ginamit kong meat. Kaya ito ang mga sangkap para sa ating Cabbage Siomai:

2 cans or 1 big can Century Tuna
5 cloves garlic
1/2 cup white onion, chopped
1 cup carrots,cubed
1 cup potatoes, cubed
1 egg
spring onions
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 to 1 cup All-purpose Flour

For the dipping sauce:

Knorr Liquid Seasoning
Chilli Peppers
Toasted Garlic
