I recommend the salted caramel & the raw choc flavours !!

Choc Almond Butter Oatmeal:
– 1-2 cups oats (depending on appetite!)
– 2 TBSP creamy almond butter
– 1 TBSP cacao powder
– 1 scoop Vivolife raw choc protein powder (link above)
– pinch of salt
– 1 TBSP maple syrup
– oat milk (or almond milk) for cooking
– Toppings: coconut yogurt, cacao nibs, fresh raspberries, creamy almond butter 🙂

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus:
– 2-3 large roasted red bell peppers (cooked as shown)
– 1 can chickpeas (works with butterbeans or white beans too)
– 3/4 cup of good runny tahini (I prob used more lol)
– juice or 2 fresh lemons
– 2 garlic cloves (or garlic powder)
– blend & enjoy with sweet potatoes & veggies 🙂
