Smoothie is an easy healthy recipe and is ideal for kids and weight loss. A health drink that contains raw fruits and vegetables, milk and even honey and yogurt. Smoothies are highly nutritious and delicious, and hence suitable for both adults on weight loss program and growing children.
In this video, Chef Vicky Ratnani makes a “Jackfruit and Jambul Smoothie”. This healthy recipe is easy to make, and is an ideal food / drink for kids as well. Also good for people who are on diet and want to reduce weight.
The ingredients have been picked from the Borivali Market, Mumbai. They are:
• 3-4 jackfruit
• 4-5 kiwi
• 6-7 jambul
• ½ bowl coconut milk
• 4 tablespoon chia seeds soaked in water
• 1 cup water
