2.5 teaspoon of baking powder
1.5 teaspoon of vanilla

3 Cups of Sugar
3 Cups of Water

Step by Step Recipe
Whisk the yoğurt with sugar, keep whisking while you add semolina, baking powder and vanilla. Oil the tray, and pour the mix in it. Spread it evenly with the help of a spoon. Place the nuts on the top. Cook on 400 F (200 C) pre-heated oven for 30-35 minutes.
Fort he sherbet,
Boil three glasses of water with 3 glasses of sugar, when it boils add the lemon juice. Leave it for cooling down.
When the cake is ready, pour your sherbet on the cake.
When it drains all the sherbet, your şambali (şambaba) dessert ready to be served!
