How to Make Chocolate Banana Pudding – Healthy Dessert Recipes
How to Make Chocolate Banana Pudding – Healthy Dessert Recipes – as part of the expert series by GeoBeats.
I am going to show you how to make one of my favorite, favorite desserts. It is a raw chocolate banana pudding and it is so easy to make. And it uses my absolute favorite superfood, raw chocolate. For this recipe you will need three fresh, ripe bananas, sliced, raw chocolate powder, maple syrup, grade B, or coconut nectar, an avocado, very ripe, and vanilla powder, as well as some coconut oil. So first, you will need to bring out your high-speed blender and add your bananas to your blender. Next, add your avocado. Make sure your avocado is ripe. This is going to be taking the place of dairy in this recipe. It is going to give a really nice, creamy, fatty texture that we all love in pudding.
Next add your grade B maple syrup. And if you had like to keep this recipe entirely raw, you can also use coconut nectar or raw agave. Vanilla powder, you can also use alcohol-free vanilla extract, and, again, my favorite superfood, raw chocolate. Raw chocolate has more antioxidants than any other food on the whole face of the earth. It is also high in magnesium, copper and iron. Blend these ingredients until smooth. Then open your lid, add your olive oil and continue to blend for a few more seconds. Add your coconut oil and continue to blend. The coconut oil is going to help this pudding set and become thick when it is in the refrigerator. This is what your beautiful pudding looks like. Now you have learned to create a beautiful, antioxidant-rich, completely raw banana chocolate pudding.

Step 1: act like a robot
how long does it keep in the fridge for?
But how much do you need for everything?
