Chef John – I live in India and Grand Marnier is very very expensive out here. I plan to substitute this with a tablespoon of Brandy and a tablespoon of orange juice. Please advise if this is a good substitute or suggest another alternative. I am cooking a special dinner this Saturday and this dessert would definitely be a wonderful way to finish the meal

I tried this recipe today! The taste is amazing. But I did not got the dark brown top as the video shows for my Souffle. I just got light brown for the top of it.lDoes anyone know the reason?
