Tiffin Recipes / Dal Paratha/Veg Pan Pizza/Chicken Bread Pakora



Some tiffin recipes that you could sent to your kids to school, or carry yourself for work or your husband’s. These can be had as breakfast or as a snack too. Do try these out and let me know your feedback.

INGREDIENTS:

DAL PARATHA:
Dal – 1 cup ( a mix of different dals like chana dal, tuvar dal, moong dal or any other )
1 tbsp oil & salt for cooking dal.

Chaat masala – 1 – 1.5 tsp
Red chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder – a pinch
Coriander leaves – a handful chopped
Atta or Wheat flour – 1 – 1.5 cup
Ghee

VEGETABLE PAN PIZZA :

Vegetables – any of your choice
Egg – 3
Flour – 4 tbsp
Salt
Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
Onion powder – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Ghee or oil
Shredded mozzarella cheese

CHICKEN BREAD PAKORA :

Left-over Chicken pieces – a cup shredded
Cream Cheese – 1 tbsp
Bread slices – 4
Besan/Gram flour – 4 tbsp
All purpose flour – 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves – a handful chopped
Salt
Red chilly powder – a pinch
Ginger powder – 1/4 tsp
Or fresh grated ginger – 1/4 tbsp
Water
Ghee
