Made by making chicken tikka in the tandoor, oven or stove-top and then curried, this gravy has a unique taste unlike others

In my recipe, i preferred to make the tikka on the pan and used the “Dhungar” method (charcoal smoke) to give it a more authentic smell and taste. the chicken is then coked in a spicy gravy with tomatoes, yogurt, heavy cream and Indian spices.
