One Pot Slow Cooked Chicken Dinner is an easy to prepare slow cooker dinner that can be made all in the one pot! INGREDIENT LIST:

1kg of Chicken Breast Fillets
600g of Small Red Potatoes (quartered)
250g of Dutch / Baby Carrots (trimmed and peeled)
1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
1/3 Cup of Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Dried Oregano
1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
2 Teaspoons of Crushed Garlic
1 Teaspoon of Salt
Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW

Quick question. Does it have to be fresh squeezed lemon juice for it to taste right? Or can I just use lemon juice from the store?

I always use the low setting when I use my slow cooker cause I can switch it on as I leave in the morning and when I get home from work dinner is ready to serve

Didn't know what to do with chicken slices and I saw this video. Did not need so long to cook but it was delicious !!!!
I'm new to the word of slow cooking so I was wondering.. Would this work similarly with a nice cut of meat, Prime rib, or maybe a nice cut of brisket? I would also consider adding some green beans, peppers or broccoli.. Thoughts?

Hi, made this last night. Four hours on high but the chicken breast was a bit tough. Did I cook it too long or should I have cooked it a little bit longer?
I made this last night and it was FAB.
Just made this today for dinner tonight. OMG this was wonderful. Chicken was so……..moist, potatoes were cooked to perfection and my baby carrots that were from a bag were delicious. So nice to come home from work and dinner was done. I did thicken up the gravy, which by the way was great. Thank you for sharing a wonderful recipe.
