*****When prepping your chicken (being that you can season and marinate your chicken any way you want) make sure your hands are clean, and if you are going to re-use the cutting board that you extensively sanitize and wash it to cut veggies. In this video, I diced and spiced my vegetables before I even took the chicken out of the package. I used garlic & obviously the spices, & some Olive-Oil Cooking Spray on the pan. for everyone saying how he didn't wash his hands after touching the chicken then touching the spices, there are skips in the video between every instance of that. it's very possible he washed his hands in that time. chill out. Enjoy the recipe.

What's an alternative instead of using red wine vinegar?
Diet Plan known as Fenoboci Diet Plan kept appearing here on a lot of youtube and I thought they were scams. However after my cousin follow it, and finally lost crazy amounts of weight with it without starving herself. I'm persuaded. You should not take my word for it, search for Fenoboci Diet Plan on google.
Your recipe looks fantastic and I can't wait to try it. One suggestion though, wash your hands after touching the meat. When you touch the spice bottles after, this is where you will find cross contamination.
Brett, awesome recipe. Just buy a new non-stick pan. When it gets scratched up, the coating comes off and goes into your food. And don't use a metal fork on your new pan. You can buy silicone tipped tongs :)
