Americans do fried chicken so weird. Here in the West Indies (Caribbean) we go all out on the seasoning even slicing the chicken to stuff seasoning (parsley,onions etc blended) and we lime and salt it not marinate. I really wonder how yours must taste cause ours is AMAZING and perfectly seasoned.
