Just made this tonight. It's a keeper. Hubby loved the skin….. And he rarely eats the skin????. Only thing I did different, I used half the salt. The Russet potatoes were delicious.

Instead of tossing i think you could just pour out the juices and then baste the stuff with the same juices…quicker and same idea of "tossing".
