I dnt have mirin….could you please suggest what the best subtitute for mirin.
I hve white rice vinegar and refined cooking wine….is it ok to use one of these ingredient?is it same meassure if i use this.
Could I line the bottom of the glass pan with aluminum foil and grease it, then bake the chicken? If I did, would I have to adjust the timing by a bit? If so, then how long would it take? Sorry for asking a lot:)
I like recipe and would like to try it out tomorrow. However, in my family we are not fans of soy sauce. I wonder what I could replace it with? Do you have any suggestions? Maybe mustard, or some hone?, in order to make it light and juicy.

I made this and OMFG, never buying store bought teriyaki sauce again. :3
There was liquid roasting at the bottom of the pan which made the teriyaki sauce watery. Also the teriyaki sauce did not stick to the chicken at all .
