食材份量 Ingredients
一個椰子 1 whole coconut
九百克光雞 900g whole chicken
二百五十克豬𦟌 250g pork shank
三隻無花果 3 dried/fresh figs
一磈果皮 1 dried orange peel
四十克淮山 40g Chinese yam
五十克响螺頭 50g dried conch
20克杞子 20g goji berries
半茶匙粗鹽 1/2 tsp coarse salt
五公升水 5L water
