Poonam, A few days ago, while going through a quality recipe of a quality gourmet website of a Marathi lady, I happened to sight some comments, advising the lady to improve her English. Of course, she had made some grammatical mistakes in her presentation but the comments were mischievous and unduly harsh. I felt bad about the situation but was aware that, unfortunately, Marathi people have a tendency to learn halfway through and faults, once imbibed, are carried through all along, without a second look backwards. You will find such serious errors of the usage of language, be it Marathi, Hindi or English, even on Doordarshan Marathi News Channels, which situation is very dismaying, since, the errors get broadcasted worldwide. I am making this comment in good faith, without purporting to hurt and as a necessity, so that enterprising ladies like you, may not happen to face criticism. If, I had your E-mail ID, I would have avoided posting this comment here. In your above video, you say, 'Scrap fresh coconut'. It should be, 'Scrape fresh coconut'. To Scrap means, to Discard, to Throw away. To Scape means, to grate, to shred. I am sure that, making you aware of the language error, will help you hereafter.
Your recipe appears to be richly formulated and I shall definitely try to prepare it and let you know. Regards.
Lovely recipe!

Seeing the age-old "villi" (the cutting and scraping tool) in action after ages…..followed by a very modern wooden stirrer…..straddling generations! Good stuff. Enjoyed.
