Recipe ingredients list *Ingredients begin at 1:26!*

Coconut almond dream pancakes:

1/3 cup Coconut flakes
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup of Coconut milk
1 cup Almond flour
1 tsp Coconut oil
1/2 Ripe banana
1 TBS Maple syrup -agave, coconut nectar
Heaping tsp Cinnamon
2 eggs Eggs
Coconut oil spray

Veggie and bacon bit Omelette:

4 eggs two with yolks removed Eggs
Sliced mushrooms
Diced pepper and onion
Bacon bits
1 slice of Ezekiel toast
Organic peanut butter
Coconut oil spray for pan

Cacao Smoothie:

*Ingredients and making of recipe starts at 6:53!*

1-2 tsp Cacao nibs
1 cup Coconut milk or ALMOND MILK
1 tbs Cacao powder
1-2 tsp of Coconut oil – I used Chae Organics brain and body boost
1 tsp Cinnamon
Dash of Vanilla extract
1 unfrozen ripe banana with 1-2 ice cubes or 3/4 frozen banana
1 stevia packet

To make sweeter add 1/2 TBS of organic nut butter -peanut or almond

If smoothie is too thick for taste, then add some almond milk til you get your desired consistency. :)!

  • I made your smoothie with a few modifications and it was delicious! I didn't have any nibs so I omitted those, and I added some vegan protein powder. Adding nut butter was a great idea!
