Oats Sooji and Ragi Recipe –

Ingredients –

2 tsps Oil
1 tsp Ghee
1 tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
1/2 tblsp Urad Dal
1/2 tblsp Chana Dal
3 green chillies chopped
5-6 Curry Leaves
1 tsp Ginger grated
1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1/4 cup beans Finely chopped
1/4 cup Mutter (Green Peas)
1/4 cup Carrot finely chopped
1/4 cup boiled corn
1/4 tsp Sugar (optional)
1 cup Sooji (Semolina)
1/4 cup Ragi Aata
1/4 cup Oats crushed
2 tblsp Handva Aata (or Rice aata) (optional)
2 tsps Salt (or as per taste)
1 cup Sour Curd
1 1/4 cup water (to prepare the batter)
Oil for greasing the idli mould
1 tsp Fruit Salt
