hii ….I would like to learn d recipe of Thai fried rice and Thai curry
Very nice and yummy recipes ruchi my children loved it
Pohe doesn't take so much time to make. It is a pretty simple dish and if you want to put in potatoes just slice them thin and they cook with the onions in under 2 minutes. Ditto for peanuts/peas. Everything else is just dumped in and steamed for a a couple of minutes. Sugar is added at the end or else it can caramelize and harden the pohe. Garnishing with grated coconut is more common and raw onion is a no no.
Healthy recipes. however the chutney for dhalia upma is something I have never tried. curd and coconut doesn't sound like a good combination to me. Let me try once. thanks
