6 Slices of white bread/brown bread
Coriander mint chutney
Tomato sauce
Few drops of oil
For potato stuffing:
5-6 medium sized boiled potatoes
½ tsp Grated ginger or ginger paste
¼ tsp Mango powder
¼ tsp Garam masala
¼ tsp Red chlly powder
Salt to taste
1-2 pieces of chopped Green chilly
Freshly chopped Coriander leaves
For batter:
1 cup Gram flour
¼ tsp Carom seed
¼ tsp Cumin seed
¼ tsp Mango powder
Coriander leaves
¼ tsp Red chilly powder
