Ingredients:

Coconut chutney:
coconut – 1/2 cup
roasted chana dhal – 3 tbsp
Garlic – 1
green chilli – 3
salt – 1/2 tsp

Coriander chutney :
Coconut – 1/2 cup
coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
roasted chana dhal – 2 tbsp
curry leaves
garlic – 1
green chilli – 3

for tadka:
oil – 2 tsp
mustard – 1/2 tsp
curry leaves

5 varieties of coocnut chutney:

3 varieties of coriander & mint chutney:

Madurai style kara chutney:
