Chutney bombs are easy evening snacks to make at home. It is quick Indian Vegetarian party starter/appetizer recipes for parties made with spicy chutney.
Ingredient list:
Boiled grated potatoes: 1 cup
Washed, soaked and drained poha: ½ cup
Grated Paneer: ½ cup
Cumin seeds: ½ tsp
Garam masala : ¼ tsp
Red chilly powder: ¼ tsp
Grated coconut (fresh or frozen): ½ cup
Washed coriander or cilantro leaves: ½ cup
Green chilly: 1-2
Ginger: ½ “
Garlic: 2 cloves
Lime or lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Salt & Oil for deep frying
