Get the recipe for Buffalo Cauliflower at http://allrecipes.com/recipe/buffalo-cauliflower/detail.aspx
In this video, we’ll make a vegetarian appetizer reminiscent of Buffalo chicken wings. We’ll coat the cauliflower florets in a gluten-free flour batter and bake in the oven. Then, we’ll brush them with a peppery butter sauce and return into the oven until browned and crispy.

Delicious..same my mother cooking 20 year ago this food
For the people asking … yes. You can make this with regular flour.
The flour is used just to make the cauliflower crispy during the baking process. For that purpose the type of flour you use doesn't matter.
its cali-flower
Can I ask why gluten free? I don't have celiac disease. Must I use gluten free flour in this recipe for another reason?
Please, it is not "collieflower." A Collie is a dog. It is caul (i as in rig or big) flower.
It was on snapchat
Looks very good.
I tried it before at a friend's house and it tasted almost exactly like buffalo wings!
Recommend highly :)
Pop sugar food's recipe is WAYYY better
Check out this video on YouTube:
This is exactly why only true football fans should watch the Superbowl. I'll stick to the wings.
who the fuck would want this
How do you make the blue cheese dressing?
The vegetarian life sucks.
Can I use regular flour?
Please, please, please stop saying "Collyflower!", it is pronounced "callaflower'..Do you say "sangwich?", "ambliance"? Supposably?…Ugh!!!!
This sounds fantastic! By the way, raw Cauliflower is not cool, no amount if Ranch can fix raw Cauliflower, cook it damn it.
yum
why gluten free? that's for people who are allergic to gluten! i hate it that people put it in recipes and assume cus it has "free" on it it's automatically good for diets.
